How does your garden grow?
Not with silver bells and cockle shells, and pretty maids all in a row – but as a true labor of love, with the intent to help create a beautiful, natural environment accessible to everyone. At The Flower Lady OTR, my gardens thrive through sustainable practices and horticultural expertise. Located in the heart of Over-the-Rhine (OTR) in Cincinnati, OH, as well as in the Historic East End and Northern Kentucky, these gardens are vibrant oases nurtured with care.
In addition to establishing my flower business to generate income, I am using it as a platform to highlight the importance of creating green, healthy, resilient, and cooperative neighborhoods. Everyone deserves to live in a beautiful environment, and each one of us has the ability to effect that change by investing time, talent, and resources into our communities.
As stated by Gandhi, my mantra is “Be the change you want to see in the world.” My hope is to do just that—one flower at a time.
